Pre-Approval Letters That Count
For a Pre-Approval Letter to have some weight the loan officer should include the following;
1. A statement that the loan application has actually been made.
2. The income documentation has been provided and reviewed.
3. Asset documentation has been provided and reviewed.
4. Credit report has been pulled and reviewed.
5. Based upon the provided documentation the borrower meets the underwriting guidelines for the loan program selected. (FHA, VA, or Conventional)
6. There are no outstanding issues that would prevent the borrower from obtaining a loan.
Basically everything presented by the client to the lender must be documented and reviewed. No verbal representation can be considered valid.

Social Media
I am excited about my new found love for Social Media. Just about a month ago I started Face Book and Twitter. So far I have reconnected with some old and some very old friends. A lot of folks I have not spoken to in over 35 years.
Wow! This is wonderful. You don't have to leave the house. You don't have to pay for postage. You don't have to look up addresses. And when people get married, the name change is not an issue. They will find you and tell their friends where you are so they may connect.
Also on my list of SM things to do is Linkedin. I already had an account, but never utilized it before. Now I have connected and reconnected with over 150 people via FB and Linkedin combined.

Maiden BLOG
This is my first BLOG and hopefully it will not be my last. Have you been blogging much?
Don't have much to write about today, but I am sure as time goes on I will become more verbose.
